Our refund and return policy entitles you to return goods purchased from us within 30 days. Please note that if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by completing the return form.

Once we receive your return request, we will arrange collection of the parcel in the cheapest and most convenient way possible.

Return costs

The cost of returning goods purchased from us is borne by the customer. In the event of a mixed up order or a claim for objective reasons, all costs incurred are at our expense.

Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return, the goods purchased from us must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. In addition, it must be in the original packaging, be in a saleable condition, without any signs of use.

To accept your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Reimbursement of payments

Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be refunded to your bank card or bank account within 7 days.
